When you begin working with your provider through the R.E.A.L. program, you receive access to your own client portal. It is not a supplement to the work you do in sessions. It is part of the work itself.
The portal holds your materials at every step of the 10-step progression: the educational videos, the integration tools, and the reflection exercises, all organized according to your neurology and your relational focus. You can move through it at your own pace, return to things that need more time, and carry what you discover directly into your sessions.
Over time, the work becomes cumulative rather than fragmented. Every step builds on the last. Every substep arrives with context and purpose.
At the top of your portal, choose your track, Autistic or Non-Autistic, and your focus, Family Relationships or Intimate Life Partnerships. These selections organize the material around your neurology and the relationships you are exploring.
The pathway connects three stages: Neurodiversity-Affirming Education, Individual Integration, and optional Relational Discussion. Begin with a shared foundation, explore what it means in your own life, and prepare to bring that understanding into your relationships.
Your client portal brings the R.E.A.L. 10-Step Neurodiverse Family Systems Approach into one browser-based space. Educational videos, reflection questions, and integration resources support your learning and your work with your provider, with a clear structure to help you find your way.
You can revisit lessons, choose integration activities that fit you, and give important ideas more time. Each step builds on earlier learning, helping you carry your questions and discoveries into your sessions.

This shared foundation creates consistency and a common language across neurologies, whether you are autistic or non-autistic, working on intimate partnerships or family relationships.

Psychoeducation
You begin with structured psychoeducational modules that build shared language and a neurodiversity-affirming foundation. Everyone starts from a place of understanding.

From that shared foundation, you move into your own personal integration work using multimodal tools including guided discussions, reflective exercises, somatic practices, and more, each designed to honor the way your autistic or non-autistic nervous system actually processes experience.

3. Relational Discussion
Once individual integration is complete, the pathway gently opens into optional structured relational discussions, bringing you and your partner or family members together for insight-based, neurologically respectful exploration.
First you understand the concepts, then you integrate them personally, and only then do you bring them into relationship, with real preparation behind you.

Together, they help you see where the material you are exploring fits within the overall pathway.
